There are couple interesting book about sharpening. Well, most of the sharpening work is not only related to kitchen knife, but wood work and etc.

• Razor Edge Book Sharpening

Even though this 2 books are gear toward woodworking, but the technique and fundamental are apply to kitchen knife sharpening. Well, I dare you to read those 2 books:)
